LGSTome for Shopify

How the integration works, from install to your first sale. Need a hand? Email support@lgstome.com.

LGSTome keeps one inventory of your trading cards and publishes it to your Shopify store (and, if you like, Mana Pool and eBay). When a card sells on Shopify, LGSTome marks it sold and takes it down everywhere else.

1. Install and connect

  1. Click Install on the LGSTome listing in the Shopify App Store. Shopify shows the permissions the app needs; approve them.
  2. You land in LGSTome signed in. If you already have an LGSTome account, choose Connect to my account to attach the store to it; otherwise set a password so you can sign back in later.
  3. Settings → Shopify shows Connected with your store's address. That's the whole setup — the order webhook is registered for you.

Permissions, in plain terms: products and inventory (to create and update your card listings), locations (to set stock at your primary location), orders (to hear about sales), publications (to publish to the sales channels you choose), fulfillment orders (to mark orders shipped or ready for pickup) and themes (to read your live theme's product templates so you can pick one for card pages). LGSTome never changes your theme.

2. Bring in what you already sell

  1. Settings → Shopify → Import items from Shopify.
  2. LGSTome matches your existing products to cards by name, set and collector number, and imports quantities and images.
  3. Anything it can't match is listed for you to resolve or skip.

3. Publish cards to Shopify

  1. Add cards on the Inventory page, by hand, by CSV or by scanning.
  2. Set a price. Cards without a price are never published.
  3. Click Publish and pick Shopify. One Shopify product is created per card printing, with a variant per condition, finish and language, and inventory set at your store's default location (the one your online orders ship from). If you use several locations, that is where the stock lands; it never goes to an app-managed warehouse.
  4. Publishing again updates price and quantity in place — it never creates duplicates, and it leaves your own edits to titles, descriptions and theme settings alone.

Publishing defaults (collection, tags, sales channels, product category and product template) are under Settings → Shopify and apply to every card the app creates.

4. Orders, pickup and shipping

  1. A Shopify order with LGSTome cards appears on the Orders page within seconds; the sold copies are removed from stock and from other marketplaces.
  2. Pickup orders: mark Ready for pickup, then Picked up; Shopify's fulfillment order follows.
  3. Shipping orders: buy a label or enter tracking, then Mark shipped to fulfill the order in Shopify.
  4. Orders with no LGSTome items (for example POS sales) are hidden by the "only orders with inventory items" filter and never touch inventory.

5. Plans and billing

Every store starts on Free (up to 1,000 cards) with no charge. Paid plans are billed through Shopify and appear on your Shopify bill: choose one under Settings → Billing, approve the charge on Shopify's page, and the new card limit applies immediately. Upgrade, downgrade or go back to Free from the same page, any time, without contacting us.

6. Uninstalling

Uninstalling from your Shopify admin disconnects the store. LGSTome deletes the store's access token, its Shopify product links and its Shopify orders right away; your LGSTome account and inventory stay, so reinstalling later picks up where you left off. See the privacy policy and terms for details.
