LGSTome Privacy Policy
LGSTome is an inventory management service for trading card sellers, available at lgstome.com and through the Shopify App Store. This policy describes what information LGSTome collects, how it is used, and the choices you have.
Information we collect
Account information: your email address, name, and a password (stored only as a secure hash). If you install LGSTome from the Shopify App Store, an account is created using your shop's domain, and your shop's contact name is used as the display name for your workspace.
Inventory data: the cards you catalog, including condition, finish, language, grading, pricing, notes, and any photos you upload of your own cards.
Marketplace data: when you connect a sales channel such as Shopify, eBay, or Mana Pool, we store the credentials or access tokens needed to operate that connection, the product listings we create or update on your behalf, and order information those platforms send us. Order information can include a buyer's name and shipping address, which we use solely to support fulfillment (for example, printing packing slips) on your behalf.
Billing information: paid plans are billed through Shopify and appear on your Shopify bill. We never see or store your payment card details; we keep only the subscription status and plan needed to operate your account.
How we use information
We use your information only to operate LGSTome: syncing your inventory to your connected sales channels, recording sales, updating quantities, generating fulfillment documents, and providing support. We do not sell your data, and we do not use it for advertising.
Sharing
We share data only with the service providers required to run LGSTome: cloud hosting and storage (Amazon Web Services), billing (Shopify), transactional email delivery, and the marketplaces you explicitly connect. Each receives only what it needs to perform its function.
Data retention and deletion
Your data is retained while your account is active. If you uninstall the LGSTome app from your Shopify store, we delete the stored Shopify credentials and Shopify-related records for your shop. We honor Shopify's customer data deletion requests (customers/redact and shop/redact) automatically, and when a customer asks their store for their data (customers/data_request) we send the store owner everything we hold about that customer so they can answer within Shopify's 30-day window. You can request deletion of your entire account and its data at any time by contacting us.
Cookies and local storage
LGSTome uses your browser's local storage to keep you signed in. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
Security
All traffic to and from LGSTome is encrypted with TLS, and data is encrypted at rest, including backups. Access to production systems is restricted, every read of order data is logged, and marketplace credentials are encrypted at the field level and used only server-side to operate your connections. Our terms of service include our data processing terms.

If we make material changes to this policy, we will update this page and the date above.
