LGSTome Terms of Service
1. The service
LGSTome is an inventory management service for trading card sellers. It keeps a single inventory and publishes it to the sales channels you connect (Shopify, Mana Pool and eBay), records sales those channels report, and helps you fulfil orders. By creating an account, installing the LGSTome app from the Shopify App Store, or connecting a sales channel, you agree to these terms on behalf of your business.
2. Your account and your data
You are responsible for the accuracy of the inventory, prices and listings you publish, for keeping your sign-in credentials confidential, and for the people you invite to your workspace. Your inventory, listings and order records remain yours; you can export them and you can ask us to delete your account at any time.
3. Marketplace connections
When you connect a sales channel you authorise LGSTome to act on your behalf within the permissions that channel grants: creating and updating listings, reading orders, and marking orders fulfilled. Your relationship with each marketplace, and its fees and policies, stay between you and that marketplace. Disconnecting a channel or uninstalling the LGSTome app revokes that authorisation.
4. Plans and billing
Every account starts on the Free plan. Paid plans are billed monthly in advance through Shopify and require a connected Shopify store; accounts without one remain on Free. You can upgrade, downgrade or return to Free at any time from Settings → Billing; a downgrade takes effect immediately and no partial-month refunds are given. Plan limits (such as the number of cards) are enforced by the service.
5. Acceptable use
You may not use LGSTome to list goods you do not have the right to sell, to publish false information to buyers, to scrape or resell our data feeds, or to interfere with the service or other users. We may suspend an account that does so.
6. Data processing terms
Roles. For the personal data of your customers that reaches LGSTome through a connected marketplace (for example, the buyer name and shipping address on a Shopify order), you are the controller and LGSTome is your processor. LGSTome processes that data only on your documented instructions, which are: to display the order to you, to adjust your inventory, to generate packing slips and shipping labels, and to mark the order fulfilled on the marketplace it came from.
Minimisation and purpose limitation. We request only the marketplace permissions the service needs, surface only the customer fields required for fulfilment, and do not use customer data for marketing, profiling, analytics beyond operating the service, or any purpose of our own. We never sell personal data.
Sub-processors. We use Amazon Web Services (hosting, encrypted database and backups, email delivery), Shopify (billing) and, only when you choose to buy a label through them, Shippo or Stamps.com (shipping labels, which receive the recipient address). Each receives only what its function requires.
Security. Data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest, including backups. Marketplace access tokens are additionally encrypted at the field level. Access to production systems is limited to the LGSTome operator, every read of order data is logged, and we maintain a security incident response policy. We will notify you without undue delay, and in any case within 72 hours, of a personal data breach affecting your data.
Retention and deletion. Customer data is kept only while your account and the originating marketplace connection are active. Uninstalling the LGSTome app from Shopify deletes your Shopify credentials, listings and order records for that store immediately. We honour Shopify's customers/redact and shop/redact requests automatically, and forward customers/data_request reports to you so you can answer your customer within 30 days. You can request deletion of your whole account by email.
Assistance. We will assist you, to the extent reasonable, with data subject requests and with demonstrating compliance with data protection law as it applies to your customers' data.
7. Availability, warranty and liability
LGSTome is provided as-is. We work to keep it available and accurate, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or that marketplace prices, quantities or orders will always be reflected instantly. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from the service is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim.
8. Changes and termination
We may update these terms; material changes will be announced in the app and dated here. You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may terminate accounts that breach these terms.
